Size guide

About the sizing. Dog sizing varies a lot between breeds, so go by the measurements rather than the label. Measure your dog's chest girth around the widest part of the ribcage, just behind the front legs. If your dog falls between two sizes, take the larger.

Shipping & delivery

Orders are prepared within 1 to 5 business days and spend a further 7 to 9 business days in transit — usually 8 to 14 business days in total. Shipping is free to every Australian address and every order ships with tracking. Parcels are dispatched from our suppliers' warehouses outside Australia.

Returns & refunds

Changed your mind? Return the item unused and complete within 30 days of delivery — you pay the return postage. If it is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, we cover the return postage and refund you in full. Refunds are issued within 5 business days of the return arriving. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected.
