    No shipping charge on any order to an Australian address. The price on the product page is the price you pay.

    Return an unused item within 30 days of delivery. Faults are covered for longer under the Australian Consumer Law.

Questions people ask

How long does delivery take?

Orders are prepared within 1 to 5 business days and spend a further 7 to 9 business days in transit — usually 8 to 14 business days in total. Parcels are dispatched from our suppliers' warehouses outside Australia, which is why it takes longer than a domestic parcel.

What does shipping cost?

Nothing. Shipping is free on every order to an Australian address, and there is no charge added at the last step of checkout.

Can I return something?

Yes — within 30 days of delivery if you changed your mind, provided the item is unused and complete. You pay the return postage in that case. If an item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, we cover the return postage and refund you in full.

How do I track my order?

You get two emails: one confirming your order, and a second with your tracking number as soon as the parcel leaves the warehouse. Enter that number on our order tracking page to see where it is. The first scan can take a couple of days to appear, which is normal.

How do I get in touch?

Email info@zuvogoods.com with your order number if it is about an order. A person reads it and answers within one business day.
