Colours on your screen will not match the item exactly. Measurements for clothing are the measurements of the garment and may vary slightly between individual pieces. Where a size chart comes from the manufacturer, we say so on the product page.

If something arrives that does not match its description, that is a failure of a consumer guarantee and we will put it right — see the refund policy.

Using our products safely

Follow the instructions supplied with each product. Do not leave an animal unsupervised in a harness, jacket or carrier. Keep electrical items away from water unless the product page states they are water resistant, and charge them with the cable supplied.

Availability

We try to keep the shop accurate, but an item can sell out between your order and our checking it. If that happens we tell you straight away and refund you in full.
