This one is filled rather than self-cooling: unscrew the plug, add water until it is roughly three-quarters full, and close it again. That gives a surface that stays cooler than the room for hours, and it folds flat when the weather turns. Wipeable on both sides, which matters more than it sounds after a muddy walk.
